Its time to say goodbye!
Everything evolves and if something evolves fast that is the world wide web. Personal collection and image websites like mine did make sense some years ago, (they also brought many people back to the hobby, including me, thank you Roby and BlazerFrazer) but now since there exist big club sites like tamiyaclub.com, which combine multiple collections, I felt mine was getting unneccessary and obsolete, as it was very static in comparison. The characteristic of modern sites is active content which is updated frequently and such wasn't possible with my current setup. Hence I would like to thank everyone who supported this site all these years and hope it helped or even (re-)brought some people to this wonderfull hobby.

Its time to say hello again!
I read that the current trend of personal web sites are so called blogs (from web-logs), kind of internet diaries and I liked the idea. I thought this way I could update my webpage much easier and often and provide other enthusiasts fresh info about our favourite company, Tamiya. Also people could contribute to its content or comment much easier. This way tamiyablog.com was born, a little blog, hoping to grow slowly in size and in peoples habits. If you would like to check it out yourselves please click on the following banner:
As always your comments, tips and ideas are welcome.

Best regards,
The webmaster of vintagetamiyarc.com and tamiyablog.com
